Crebinostat
http://www.tht.co/cognitive-enhancement/Crebinostat
>Crebinostat is a potent small molecule inhibitor of histone deacetylases (HDACs).
HDAC inhibition upregulates the transcription factor CREB (cAMP response element-binding protein), which can improve memory and synaptic plasticity.
In a series of in vitro experiments, Crebinostat positively affected several transcriptional processes implicated in learning and memory, and aging-related cognitive decline. In an in vitro animal experiment, Crebinostat-treated mice demonstrated enhanced memory compared to untreated mice.
CNTF Peptide Fragment 147-150
http://www.tht.co/cognitive-enhancement/cntf
is a tetrapeptide that corresponds to amino acid residues 147-150 of the polypeptide hormone ciliary neurotrophic factor (CNTF). CNTF is neuroprotective and promotes neurogenesis in the hippocampus, but clinical use revealed unpleasant side-effects like substantial weight and muscle loss. The CNTF fragment 147-150 (DGGL) enhances hippocampal neurogenesis and neuronal plasticity, and improves cognition in mice, without the weight loss seen with CNTF administration.

No. Never. I'd find that quite odd TBH.

I'm trying to isolate things now. My stomach has just gotten very upset every time I have taken it. Like muscle contraction cramping.
