Haha, stupid... I could see recommendations being put out, talking about the dangers of too much caffeine. I could even see a campaign to try and get children to lower their caffeine intake. But laws to make it illegal for children to have caffeine? That's a little too far.

I guess it is a mixture of things. The UK has a large drinking problem and has a lower drinking age than we do. However, I'd we did it right we could change the drinking culture over time.

This is a big problem I am seeing with people new to nootropics. They want to immediately jump into a stack, and do not want to put in the time to try thing by themselves, and see how each one affects them in isolation.
