And this comment, it seems that you are indeed referring to those two clinical studies, that you mentioned in this thread. So, the product you just released actually is not the one used in those studies, since your product has been standardized to include Erinacine-A? Or did you later discover that the product used in those two studies did indeed contain Erinacine A? u/MisterYouAreSoDumb

Prevention of Early Alzheimer’s Disease by Erinacine A-Enriched Hericium erinaceus Mycelia Pilot Double-Blind Placebo-Controlled Study

Those are the two Taiwanese papers I am referring to. I have personally beta tested the extract used in those two clinical studies. This is what I am referring to when I say it is dysphoric. We also know why it is dysphoric now as well, since we tested the extract and found a compound that hits the kappa opioid receptor. This extract also did NOT CONTAIN erinacine-A, which is a big problem because it's in the title of both studies. Everyone reading those stu…

If you quote things from others on Reddit, try to use the Reddit quoting formatting. That makes it much easier to read.

That makes it look like this.

Then you can see it is clearly a quote from another post/comment, not your statements. Anyway, just a little tip to make things more readable.

The sample I got from the Taiwanese years ago was an earlier extract. I don't think they had figured out about this other compound yet. I did think that their studies had use this extract, which is why I was calling them out on it. Then we got some more, and the mass spec data we got appeared to show it was not real erinacine-A. That made me think they had confused the structures in their research. However, we got in contact with them, and we had a few conference calls with the scientific team behind those papers. We shared our concerns and data, and they shared their data and validations with us. We went back and forth for a while to confirm the data they they came up with. In that process, we discovered that erinacine-A was fragmenting strangely on our mass spec. It was not fragmenting like we thought it should. We thought that's because it was not erinacine-A, so we went back and forth with the authors to figure it out. It turns out it's because it is a xylose moiety on the molecule, not a glucose. This is a sugar missing the extra carbon and OH group that glucose has. Because of this, it fragments in the mass detector and shows a mass that you wouldn't expect if you were looking for a glucose grouping. Once we accounted for the fact that the sugar moiety on the molecule was a xylose, then all the data made sense. Their studies did use erinacine-A. They agreed there is another compound in there that fluoresces like erinacine-A, which is what we found, so we are having another lab structurally elucidate what that compound is as we speak using 2D NMR. However, that compound is not a part of the 0.5% from their data. We have confirmed and validated that now.

Is ND done launching new products?

We are absolutely NOT done with new products. We are in the thick of development for a bunch of them. Some of them are just taking longer than expected to get perfect, so we have had a lull in releases. That's just becau

There are so many bullshit tongkats on the market now, especially after Huberman went on Rogan. I am just going to be very direct here, as I no longer have the time nor the energy for bullshit. Anyone selling a 200:1 ton

That's about what I expected. These are just internal COAs. To start, analyzing nitrogen content is not an appropriate methodology for amino acid assay. This is the same shit China got away with on infant formula and spi
