Looks like it was abandoned, so not an active patent. There's no way anything with psilocybin will go mainstream for the elderly. My grandma won't even take magnesium unless her doctor prescribes it, not even from her grandson that owns the supplement company! You ain't getting the average old person to microdose psilocybin.
Stamets made a really hard push for the Stamets Stack during his keynote during the Psychedelic Science Conference. I feel like he was overselling/cherry picking the benefits in the data and not displaying his data in a more neutral and cool headed way. https://youtu.be/Ztan0IYjUd0?t=1354, not the same keynote but pretty much the same info.
There were a great many suspect companies/speakers in a sea of somewhat more science grounded companies/speakers. There was a noticeable gourmet mushroom shops in colorado that were quickly converting to supplying Psilocybin mushroom growing products. It was wild I got shipped a block of colonized mycelium straight through the mail, very grey area legal/illegal.
It was surprising to me to see a massive number of conservatives and veterans pushing for legalization as a therapy a promising therapy for depression and PTSD.
I am in my mid 30s, If I make to to become elderly, I'll readily purchase legal doses of psilocybin or a stack if the studies continue to point to a good direction.

Ahh, he abandoned one and filed another. I see it now.

Surprising that Paul Staments would push the Paul Stamets stack hard! LOL

I agree that young people today will be more open to things like that in older age. I am just saying the current batch of old people are not going to be open to it; at least the bulk of them.
excuse my ignorance, Are you guys growing the Lion's Mane inhouse or do you have a mushroom supplier? Have you made a Lion's Mane Steak yet?
We are growing both fruiting bodies and mycelium of lion's mane here at our facility. We actually have 21 different species and strains we are doing testing on.

That's for research and scientific purposes, though. Production batches are grown for us by our partners with larger farms and bioreactor facilities, just to our specifications.
