Been experimenting with dosages lately. Even a whole 00 capsule (so roughly 850mg?) of NMN powder doesn't give the same amount of energy / insomnia that your 125mg enteric nmn tablet does.
I think I'm going to buy some more enteric (will be the third, having disposed of the other 2 I bought lol) and try taking it every other day or every 3 days or something. Shame my gut can't tolerate enterics daily. I've had both the flat and curved enterics now with the same issue.
It's super hyper weird how my gut hates ND enteric NMN yet, tolerates ND NMN powder just fine, but also tolerates ND enteric EGCG / Gotu Kola tablets.
Is there something in the enteric coating for NMN that differs to EGCG / Gotu Kola? One day I also split the enteric NMN in half and swallowed them and it also caused bloating. This leads me to believe it's the enteric coating on the NMN (and only NMN) itself.
Although iirc I had some issues with the GK coming out undigested, never had that issue with EGCG and been taking it daily for over a year now.

No, the coating is made from the same material for the EGCG/gotu kola and NMN. No difference in formulation. Just makes no sense for you to be reacting that way.
