I see - I was assuming that less would be absorbed since there is no coating and therefore 250mg were basically equivalent to 125mg of the coated tablets.

Eitherway, it will be interesting to experiment with lower dosing - I'll report back once I actually had the chance to try them.

Less will be absorbed, but NMN is NMN. It still costs what it costs per kg. Doubling the dose doubles the cost of the raw material per dose. We can save on the enteric coating process, which has doubled in price in the last year, but the NMN is still expensive.

Hmmm, what's the reasoning behind that? The nicotinamide mononucleotide adenylyltransferase (NMNAT) enzyme doesn't use a methyl group. ATP is the key compound that helps NMNAT work. This is why I take NMN with CoQSol-CF.
