Would taking NMN with baking soda or tums (or 15 min after baking soda/tums) have the same effect as enteric coating since you'll be bypassing the acid in the stomach? Also what about NMN storage? I thought you mentioned in the past that it degrades at room temperature and needs to be stored in the freezer?

No, you can't really neutralize your stomach acid like that. You also don't want to completely neutralize the pH of your stomach. That will cause problems.
The NMN stability issues have been fixed by doing a different synthesis method. There was something to do with the crystal structure that the previous method resulted in that made it more susceptible to degradation. After changing the synthesis pathway, that is no longer an issue. We have done a bunch of testing on it now. The current NMN is stable at room temps.
