Depends on the flavors you are going for. For a light Lowland style, I really like Glenkinchie Distiller's Edition. For a good Highland, I really like Glenmorangie Bacalta. For a Speyside, you can't go wrong with Balvenie Doublewood. For an Islay, I would say Laphroaig Quarter Cask or Lagavulin 16.
