Get our normal 10:1 tablets first. That's my favorite. Cyracos has a lot more rosmarinic acid, but that's only part of the story for lemon balm. I prefer our 10:1 myself.

If I had to simplify it down, Cryacos is more uplifting for day time, where our normal lemon balm is more calming for night. So I guess it depends on what you want to use it for. I take our 10:1 lemon balm tablets every night before bed.
