In that post you say that bromantane may prevent something with the amyloid precursor protein, but that it is undone by longvida or polygala. I'm asking if agmatine sulfate would have similar effects as polygala due to them both being nmda antagonists

Yes, agmatine also protects against β-amyloid, but not because of NMDA.
