No problem! It is kind of strange that study was just released, when it talks about noopept like a new discovery. I mean, it is very new in the grand scheme of things. We have just been using it here for years, so we don't consider it new. Also, it's a Russian study. So maybe it just took them longer to translate it to English and publish it. The one I am aware of was published back in 2011.

It's from the same author and research. It was just all in Russian. Only the abstract was translated.
