Be forewarned about buying powders in bulk from nootropicsdepot.com. Recently I ordered some theanine from them, I opened the packaging to pill up the powder, and I was greeted with the familiar smell of chlorinated solvent. There was so much that it caused agglomeration of the solid into noticeable chunks that started to become visible as I sifted the powder into the pills. Solid only forms malformed crystals when it is wet aka impure.
Why does this matter? These type of solvents are some of the most well known well known hepatoxins and carcinogens because of their usefulness.
How do I know they are using these type of solvents by just smell? Synthetic chemistry is my profession; stuff like CH2Cl2 is about as close to dirt cheap as possible. Monochloro-carbontetrachloride including dry HCl, the convenient byproduct, can be made from the combination of cow farts, light, and NaCl+electricity. DCM/chloroform are widely used for extractions and synthesis because they are polar, immiscible with water, and boil at a low temperatures.

Also I know it sounds a bit dumb but what do you recommend for a noob? I am 30+ y.o. programmer. I tried piracetam which seemed working. I am taking some natural things like ginseng and green tea, but the effect seems to be wearing after few years. I know I am supposed to research myself (and do DNA analysis?) but may be still you have some kits?

USPS First Class takes a while, but only costs about $17. UPS Express is faster, but costs $60-90, depending on weight.
I suppose it depends on if you want to stay natural, or go synthetic. Everyone loves our Caffeine/NALT solution. A lot of people like our Super Rhodiola too. They pair well together. Then you have our L-Theanine and Super B12 solutions.
If you wanted to go beyond the natural route, Semax is a popular one. Noopept nasal spray is another one people are really liking at the moment. Phyenylpiracetam is another racetam that many people like. I just depends on what you are looking for.
