They are not talking about analogs of noopept. Noopept IS the analog they are discussing. The other compounds are not analogs of piracetam, either. They took inspiration from some of the functional groups, but they are VERY different structurally and functionally. GB-115 and GK-2 seem pretty interesting, though.
