If you were to choose a 10 must have supplements for your own personal stack, what would you choose? Your decision should be influenced by a price/effects/sides ratio.
Lets say
1.- Caffeine
2.-Theanine
3.-Phenibut
5.-Fish oil
4.-ZMA
5.-Tyrosine
6.-Creatine
7.-Semax
8.-Phenylpiracetam
Etc
I'm not narrowing down only to nootropics, I'm mostly interested in what kind of supplemets/noots cater most users in this forum, since most people around here are after effects related to cognitive enhancement, well being, anti anxiety. Unlike bodybuilders who how would favor supplements geared towards fat loss, performance enhancement, muscle building.

So maybe curcumin then?
And what about taking glutamatergics and ampakines not at the trip? I tried Noopept and it made my HPPD worse, since then I haven't tried any mechanism related nootropics.
How to reverse excitotoxicity?

Yeah, curcumin might help. Longvida would be the best to reach the brain. It protects from excitotoxicity by modulation of the NR2A subunit of the NMDAr.
And what about taking glutamatergics and ampakines not at the trip?
Anything that increases glutamatergic transmission could set it off or make it worse.

You need to trigger mitochondrial biogenesis. PQQ and Resveratrol would be good. People have been talking about Mildronate a lot lately, and it can stimulate mitochondria. Triacetyluridine would be good too.
Also, this: Salidroside stimulates mitochondrial biogenesis and protects against H₂O₂-induced endothelial dysfunction
Salidroside is in Rhodiola.
