If you were to choose a 10 must have supplements for your own personal stack, what would you choose? Your decision should be influenced by a price/effects/sides ratio.
Lets say
1.- Caffeine
2.-Theanine
3.-Phenibut
5.-Fish oil
4.-ZMA
5.-Tyrosine
6.-Creatine
7.-Semax
8.-Phenylpiracetam
Etc
I'm not narrowing down only to nootropics, I'm mostly interested in what kind of supplemets/noots cater most users in this forum, since most people around here are after effects related to cognitive enhancement, well being, anti anxiety. Unlike bodybuilders who how would favor supplements geared towards fat loss, performance enhancement, muscle building.

Interesting. So if that's true, Semax/Selank may somewhat protect against HPPD (though that's a couple chains of assumptions.)
And alcohol wouldn't be a terrible idea tripping if it relaxes you? (similar mechanism to benzos.)
Thanks very much for your thoughts on this.

Well that's just another jump in assumptions. Benzos act directly on the GABA system. Selank's actions are a lot different. Could they help? Possibly. However, there is no evidence of that yet.
If the theory is correct, and excitotoxicity is the cause of HPPD, then taking a good magnesium supplement would help. Many people are deficient in magnesium as it is. So they are more prone to excitotoxicity than someone with sufficient magnesium intake. Taking L-theanine during a trip could help too, by naturally raising GABA.
Low amounts of alcohol might help, but higher amounts would cause glutametergic rebound. So it might make it worse in the long run.
