Siberian Ginseng worth taking? Is it the "best" ginseng or like panax ginseng is better?

One isn't really a ginseng.

https://examine.com/supplements/eleutherococcus-senticosus/ (Siberian Ginseng) - non-stimulatory. Recommended to be stacked with rhodiola and schisandra since it's not much on its own.

https://examine.com/supplements/panax-ginseng/ (can be stimulatory, be careful with caffeine and other stimulants). Look for standardised korean red ginseng. There are a lot of chinese ginseng products on the market, not sure if quality would be more of a concern coming out of china vs korea. Personally I use Nature's Way Korean Red Ginseng (7% ginsenosides) since they do their own inhouse testing. I'd really like to see Nootropics Depot (/u/Misteryouaresodumb) do a red ginseng product out of Nootropics Depot if he can beat them on price.

Ohh, I got panax ginseng coming! It's just a very expensive order, so I am settling up a few other supply purchases first (Longvida anyone? ;-) ). I have two that we will be bringing out. One is standardized to 10% ginsenosides, while the other is over 40%. Both will be verified via HPLC.

I should be able to compete with Nature's Way price, even not taking into account the higher ginsenoside content. Powder in jars will come out first, then capsules.

BTW, Verdure does test for mycotoxins in their bacopa. All the levels were below detection limits. They got us in touch with the lab they use, and we are talking with them now about methods, and possibly testing our other products. I also got us approved to sell Longvida in powder and capsules, and to not be exclusive. So an enhanced curcumin sample pack is in the cards too!

There is one good thing that has come out of Ceretropic's recent issues: it's forced me to spend more time trying to get improved natural compounds out.

Then I would suggest attacking it from a more natural approach. Supplement L-phenylalanine for dopamine, and tryptophan for serotonin. You can have some NALT around for short term boosts of dopamine, as I find that to be

Yeah, the 3 initial panax ginseng extracts will be in powder form. One is a root, one is a leaf, and one is a patented fermented root extract. We've spent a bunch of time determining the exact ginsenoside content. Most
