If you were to choose a 10 must have supplements for your own personal stack, what would you choose? Your decision should be influenced by a price/effects/sides ratio.
Lets say
1.- Caffeine
2.-Theanine
3.-Phenibut
5.-Fish oil
4.-ZMA
5.-Tyrosine
6.-Creatine
7.-Semax
8.-Phenylpiracetam
Etc
I'm not narrowing down only to nootropics, I'm mostly interested in what kind of supplemets/noots cater most users in this forum, since most people around here are after effects related to cognitive enhancement, well being, anti anxiety. Unlike bodybuilders who how would favor supplements geared towards fat loss, performance enhancement, muscle building.

I've done quite some looking on HPPD but I've never seen anyone else suggest HPPD is related to stress in the environment.
Do you have any pointers on that?

There are a few possible mechanisms for HPPD. The most likely is excitotoxicity in the neurons that control visual and auditory processing. Excitotoxicity is caused by excess glutamatergic signaling, which can be exacerbated by stress. So it stands to reason that limiting stress can possibly limit the underlying cause of HPPD. Clonazepam, and other benzodiazepines, have shown ability to treat HPPD long-term, as have anticonvulsants like levetiracetam. Those act to either modulate the GABAergic system, consequently lowering glutamate, or directly modulation calcium channels via SV2A.
Many people that I see report HPPD symptoms say they noticed it after having a bad trip. If the prevailing theory is true, and HPPD arises from excess glutamatergic signaling during a trip, having an excessively stressful experience would make that excitotoxicity worse. Stress alone can lead to all sorts of neurological damage and neuroplastic remodeling. Add in an exogenous substance that activates 5-HT2A, and causes a release of glutamate, and it would make sense that the two combined would cause more damage than either alone.
