If you were to choose a 10 must have supplements for your own personal stack, what would you choose? Your decision should be influenced by a price/effects/sides ratio.
Lets say
1.- Caffeine
2.-Theanine
3.-Phenibut
5.-Fish oil
4.-ZMA
5.-Tyrosine
6.-Creatine
7.-Semax
8.-Phenylpiracetam
Etc
I'm not narrowing down only to nootropics, I'm mostly interested in what kind of supplemets/noots cater most users in this forum, since most people around here are after effects related to cognitive enhancement, well being, anti anxiety. Unlike bodybuilders who how would favor supplements geared towards fat loss, performance enhancement, muscle building.

So NMDA antagonists like DXM should work for HPPD? They block glutamate. And AMPAkines will make HPPD worse?
In that case maybe we should protect against excitotoxicity at the trip as a form of harm reduction?

If the excitotoxicity theory of HPPD is true, perhaps. The issue is that DXM is mostly a serotonin re-uptake inhibitor. Its metabolite DXO is actually the NMDA antagonist. So DXM is going to interact with a lot more systems that might cause issues. However, I can say with some confidence that taking an AMPAkine on a trip would make it more likely to cause excitotoxicity.
I would certainly take a good magnesium supplement, like magnesium glycinate or L-threonate, before a trip. I'd probably take some L-Theanine too.
