If you were to choose a 10 must have supplements for your own personal stack, what would you choose? Your decision should be influenced by a price/effects/sides ratio.
Lets say
1.- Caffeine
2.-Theanine
3.-Phenibut
5.-Fish oil
4.-ZMA
5.-Tyrosine
6.-Creatine
7.-Semax
8.-Phenylpiracetam
Etc
I'm not narrowing down only to nootropics, I'm mostly interested in what kind of supplemets/noots cater most users in this forum, since most people around here are after effects related to cognitive enhancement, well being, anti anxiety. Unlike bodybuilders who how would favor supplements geared towards fat loss, performance enhancement, muscle building.

I disagree that MDMA can be done 100% safely. It's a wonderful recreational drug, and the risks can be minimized, but it still carries risks and can negatively affect cognitive performance. It is irresponsible to list it as a nootropic.
I've used that thread from /u/MisterYouAreSoDumb myself, and it's good advice, but ultimately MDMA does cause death of serotonergic neurons, brain hyperthermia and high levels of oxidative stress in the brain. It is not good for you. If you have to go to great lengths to minimize the damage it causes to your brain then it's hardly a nootropic, is it?
Personally I've always kept a period of at least 6 months between every roll, and I still noticed memory deficits afterwards, which gradually diminished with time. But each time I used MDMA, the negative effects on my memory became worse as if it was accumulative. And for the last few rolls I was taking R-alpha lipoic acid, vitamin C, grape seed extract, chelated magnesium, acetyl-L-carnitine and grapefruit juice, which supposedly will have reduced the neurotoxicity, but not completely prevented it.
The negative effects started to become very noticeable in the week after I rolled. I would forget the name of things, of people, of places, and of general words in my own language. I would get the tip-of-the-tongue sensation. I couldn't finish my own sentences because I was drawing blanks on the word…

Previously I had convinced myself (mainly via reading things on the internet and hearing what others said about it) that it was totally harmless and "safer than horse riding or alcohol".
That pisses me off so much. I too was under that impression when I first took it. This was long before I every started researching pharmacology, or fully understanding the intricacies of the brain. People everywhere parroted around the idea that it was totally safe, and they cited the Ricaurte study; where he mixed up Methamphetamine with MDMA. That one flawed study does not rule out all the others showing neurotoxicity. Then other people parroted around the idea that the dosages needed were so high, because they did not understand the concept of allometric scaling between species. It was so frustrating hearing people all over act like MDMA was harmless. This is what I tried to change, and to inspire people to research and take an interest in their brain, and the pharmacology of the things they take. Based on the tone of people online today, and the caution I see people suggesting all over, I think it has changed for the better. You still have some people suggesting it is without risk. However, the majority of conversations now have someone speaking up, and urging caution. That is a very good thing. MDMA 100% has the risk of neurotoxicity at normal human dosages.
