Can you post pictures? Noopept is always a fluffy powder than clumps together easily. Alkaline and bitter flavor, with a smell of dirty socks, is basically what Noopept is like.

Fluffy powder is the standard for Noopept for years. Even Powder City's other batches were the same. This is the first time I have heard of granular Noopept. I would have to run some testing on a sample to know for sure.
