Noopept: Distinct difference in taste between Ceretropic and Powder City.

I have noopept from both Ceretropic (W0713) and Powder City (150219), both purchased this spring. The Powder City version is more granular and metallic, like tianeptine, while the Ceretropic version is fluffy and has a kind of alkaline, detergent-like note, but still bitter.
Is this normal? Has anyone else tried both and can compare the effects/taste? I'm wondering if I'm getting different chemicals here.

Both of them taste like citric acid times 100. The onset was similar and everything else, and Powdercity's product was a textbook study in what Phenibut HCl is described as doing.
Sometimes phenibut just doesn't seem to kick in as well for me, though. I'm certainly not laying any verdict down on your product, but it was somewhat disappointing.

I am not a fan of Phenbut, so I do not use it very often. However, I do know that tolerance sets in very fast for some people. Keep me updated on your back to back testing. If I need to find a different supplier of it for some reason, I certainly will.
