Noopept: Distinct difference in taste between Ceretropic and Powder City.

I have noopept from both Ceretropic (W0713) and Powder City (150219), both purchased this spring. The Powder City version is more granular and metallic, like tianeptine, while the Ceretropic version is fluffy and has a kind of alkaline, detergent-like note, but still bitter.

Is this normal? Has anyone else tried both and can compare the effects/taste? I'm wondering if I'm getting different chemicals here.

My Noopept right now is currently from Powder City, the taste seems about right, bitter. Texture is fluffy and clumps (Different batch)

Since I had an opportunity I asked what my family members think about the smell, the results 1 said stinky feet, 3 said sweet.

Yeah, it seems like a single batch that is granular. Particle size differs based on the recrystallization techniques used. It could be the same Noopept, just a slightly different final process. It's just the first time I have heard of granular Noopept.
