This is my fault, and I'm taking 100% responsibility for it. One of my production techs used water instead of propylene glycol in a single Noopept bottle batch, that was made for Pure Nootropics. When using water as a solvent, an antimicrobial needs to be used to prevent any bacterial growth in the solution. The Noopept formula does not use an antimicrobial. So when changing the PG to water, it allows for bacteria to possibly grow. That is why we had them recall that batch. We've already identified the 45 customers affected, using our batch tracking system, and took the other bottles out of stock. We currently have replacement bottles on the way to Pure Nootropics.
I told Pure Nootropics to offer refunds of the Noopept AND inform the customers a new Noopept bottle will be shipped to them. Ceretropic is covering the cost of everything. It was our fault, and we will fix it. If you have any issues, you can contact me directly. I will get you taken care of.
