Noopept: Distinct difference in taste between Ceretropic and Powder City.

I have noopept from both Ceretropic (W0713) and Powder City (150219), both purchased this spring. The Powder City version is more granular and metallic, like tianeptine, while the Ceretropic version is fluffy and has a kind of alkaline, detergent-like note, but still bitter.

Is this normal? Has anyone else tried both and can compare the effects/taste? I'm wondering if I'm getting different chemicals here.

Yep, never had granular Noopept either. Are you sure it is actually granular? As in a free-flowing crystalline substance like de-clumped Piracetam?

I am not. That is just what OP claimed. I have never seen any Noopept other than the standard powdery stuff that clumps together with moisture. I've seen a lot of Noopept, from at least 5 different labs. It has always been the same.
