Just wanted to let everyone know that I got some noopept sent to me from noopept_guy. The quality was indistinguishable from my other sources. It had the proper consistency, smell, and taste. I used it for a week and found it to be effective. Seems to be a legitimate source. He linked me a manufacturer COA. If you are interested in it, request it from him.
Where do you source your noopept? Can you post a COA?
