Sublingual noopept with tablets?

I received a free set of Noopept tablets from Smartnootropics, to which I've been taking 10-20mg doses of orally, with no effects.
I've been reading a bit and read that sublingual noopept is absorbed better than oral noopept. I tried putting the capsule sublingually, however the capsule clumped up and the taste of the capsule itself was disgusting.
Has anyone got any suggestions to take noopept tablets sublingually?

I get that there is freedom of speech. But I am nevertheless a little bit offended by the way you wrote your reply. Here is what I really just want: https://cosmicnootropic.com/pages/about-us
And I've been slowly trying to get there.
Also, please do not take personally what I wrote before. I didn't mean you. I was just upset because some people are using certain nootropic drugs wrong, because they simply do not have good information about it. Because of this reason, they end up injecting a lot of Semax, when it was shown 2 decades ago that nasal drops of 0.1% concentration are better. Totally pointless; there should not be a discussion, as it misleads people who just want to use a particular nootropic the way it is supposed to be used and not to do a research with it. I hope that when we get more volume we will be able to hire an MD with a year-long experience in prescribing various nootropics. There are books about nootropics with some fancy tables and classifications of them, about how to test and analyse them; some people have written them and some people have read them ,too.
Regarding Noopept, I may surprise you but I do agree with you that oral bioavailability is much lower. That is why I wrote the word "enough", which means "as much as required". Again, it's similar to Semax, the bioavailability is lower, but you do not need high bioavailability, as it is a peptide. I…

Well welcome to the club. I have been a little bit offended since you started bashing us the day you launched, and saying everything we have done with Semax, Selank, Noopept, etc. is pointless or nonsense (in your words). I am sick of you using China as a scapegoat for quality issues, when you have done no analysis of your products, and are only trusting the companies that make the products. We've done a lot for advancing the analytical standards in this industry. I've gotten mad at Awake Brain for trying to claim that Chinese synthesized powders are worse than Russian pills, even though we have hard scientific evidence that is not the case. I've gotten mad at RUPharma for saying Noofen is R-Phenibut, when that is false. Now I am getting mad at you. You too have spread the falsehood that the Noofen brand is R-Phenibut, even though there is no evidence of that, and they even say it is racemic. There is no commercially available R-Phenibut in any country. When you are not analyzing your own products, and just trusting the manufactures, then you often spread falsehoods without knowing. So I too am offended, and a bit angry.
I have had multiple people writing me saying you have been telling them that there is no point to using sublingual or nasal Noopept, and that what we are doing with improving Semax or Selank is unfounded and unnecessary. I get it, you sell traditional Russian nootropics. So you want people to think they are better, and you overlook the tens of thousands of anecdotes, and the scientific evidence, to suit that conclusion. However, your absolute statements regarding all these things are just your opinions. They are not fact. Things can be improved, and they are all the time. Russia is not the end all and be all of nootropics development.
I've given you the research behind the Noopept bioavailability issue, and you have even spoken to people that have said oral Noopept did nothing for them, but nasal did. You can keep ignoring all that all you want, but I will keep calling you out on it. Talk to the thousands of people that have tried the Russian/Belarusian/Latvian stuff, and compared it to ours. Talk to the people that react better to higher dosages of Semax, rather than just writing them off. I have spoken to these people, and the answers are almost always the same. It's very clear that Noopept works much better sublingually and nasally, and the scientific data shows why that is. Also, different people react better to different dosages of Semax. There is even a review on your own site from one of your customers saying Semax did not work at the recommended dosage, and that he needed to take a lot more. You cannot ignore these things.
You can grow your company without having to constantly bash us, and say that what we are doing is pointless and has no science behind it. Do your thing, and bring the Russian/Latvian/Belarusian stuff out for a good price. But stop constantly bashing us, and calling into question all the anecdotal and scientific evidence for different ROAs and improved versions of peptides.
