Reach Genius - Recommendation

They seem to have the real deal for everything they sell, even if they aren't investing much in things like packaging (super crappy, and they should spend more money in making it look nicer (the word "invest" doesn't exist in Swedish apparently...) but it's only packaging). They don't have third-party tests, but their supplier provides tests for them, and as I understand it their supplier does not manufacture the product, which is maybe a good thing? Still, third-party testing would obviously be good, but again they REALLY don't want to spend money if they aren't immediately making a profit, which shows their business acumen is somewhat lacking. Moreover, they aren't scientifically literate at all - they know next to nothing - but they seem to be doing everything correctly (the only two steps of importance are getting pure substances, and providing accurate dosages). Of course, nobody has checked against them yet, but this is all I've inferred from my private conversations with them.

Just posting this on here so people know, though - if NootropicsDepot don't do it, these guys are the next safest bet! :) They certainly aren't perfect though, so I've made some criticisms…

That's testing at random, though. They are not testing every single shipment coming through customs. They pick some at random for inspection, then test those to make sure they are not contraband. Plus, we don't know what Tullverket's methods are. They are looking for contraband, not trying to be a QA/QC department for Swedish companies. GC/MS is not really an appropriate methodology for testing the purity of noopept and phenibut. It can separate volatile compounds. So you can see things like organic solvents and such. However, it is not useful for a real purity number for those compounds. Acting like everything is fine because customs tested it at entry is just insane to me. It should be to everyone else, too.

I have no way to confirm if custom tests every batch or not. I certainly agree it's not purity testing but again it confirms they are selling what they claim they are. I would have to see their other tests results or have someone test it to be sure.

It doesn't spell out the supplier. You would only notice if you knew what to look for. They removed it because I started telling people those COAs were supplier COAs. Occam's Razor, man. If it said the supplier name at the top, then it would immediately prove they are lying about their "secondary HPLC and mass spec" they had run. So even if they did remove them to not alert people who the supplier was, they were still…

It confirms that they tried to import noopept and phenibut at some point. That's it.

But you said you know so who is it? I haven't seen any of their tests except for what's on their site if they are saying they offer such tests they should provide it. I do consider lab results important but many popular brands don't provide tests like source naturals, now foods, jarrow etc. I don't automatically assume it's impure though since many companies seem to consider this proprietary and some items I no one else makes and they seem to work. Rock and a hard place.

I am not going to publicly name the lab, but it was the same lab that was selling the fake P21 with alanine-glycine on the end instead of the adamantane moiety.

Sure, many large supplement brands won't give you lab results, either. They are also large companies selling natural supplements, and who have a lot of money to get from them if you sue them for selling a fake/impure product. It's a much different situation than a small brand new company selling peptides and other advanced compounds, then putting up supplier COAs but lying and telling people they are secondary tests that they ran. Furthermore, I think the large brands should be called out for not giving detailed results as well. One wrong doesn't make another right. I would also trust a brand like NOW to put a lot more QA/QC into things than a no-name company outside the US. You can sue NOW. They have a lot to lose, and they have the money to ensure things are done right. Not so for the small sketchy suppliers of peptides. Plus, there is no incentive there. Multiple other vendors have sold shit for years with no testing. People still buy from them. They know most people don't care, or don't know any better. I think that needs to change.
