Piracetam + MDMA vs Noopept + MDMA
Replying to talkinboutrcs · So I've had (now two) of those empathy killed experiences with piracetam, my last two. They were three and five months ago respectively. I had been on a 9 months break before that,…
I would think that should be enough time, but I have not tested it.
Piracetam + MDMA vs Noopept + MDMA
Replying to talkinboutrcs · Paging /u/MisterYouAreSoDumb
Noopept killed my roll when I combined it with MDMA, and made me irritable. Not something I would suggest. Piracetam does make you more clearheaded, but kills the empathy. I only suggest it for those that have "lost the magic" so to speak.
Unpopular (drug) opinions
Replying to legalize-drugs · I completely disagree, based on my own extensive experience with it. But, OK.
That's fine. Lots of people disagree with science using anecdotes. That's the thing, though: science doesn't give a shit. Until we have scientific proof MDMA is not that damaging, it's irresponsible to downplay the risks. That's a fact, not opinion. There are risks. Nobody can ar…
Unpopular (drug) opinions
Replying to didnthavemuch · I don't know what you mean by the word "actual". /u/misteryouaresodumb et al. have been debating the mechanisms for god knows how long now.
Nothing is proven yet. So people should refrain from absolutes when talking about the exact mechanisms. I believe the damage from MDMA is multi-faceted, and not as simple as a single compound leading to the toxicity. There is also a lot more than can happen than 5-HT system damag…
MDMA supplement consumption: magnesium
Replying to panchoop · hmhm yeah, you're right, that's the sum of the mass of the components. I weighted it now and it's around 750 mg. Thou I already got the good magnesium !
Some manufacturers will only list the elemental magnesium weight, and not the total pill weight. It varies by country as well.
MDMA supplement consumption: magnesium
Replying to panchoop · actually, I think it's missing something (the chelated thing) because the recommendation by /u/MisterYouAreSoDumb says "2,000mg (200mg elemental Mg)" but my pills are just 241mg.
Are you sure the total weight of the pill is only 241mg? Did you weigh them?
[Trip report] So...my mom needed a ride home in the middle of a shrooms peak
Replying to crasyeyez · Haha, i have that supplementation guide memorized. But is it effective for psilocybin too? I thought it was just for mdma.
There is not much you need to supplement for psilocybin/psilocin. Everything in the MDMA supplementation guide is good, though. You obviously won't need any grapefruit juice, or other CYP3A4 inhibitors. But magnesium, antioxidants, and vitamins are always a good thing.
Are you overwhelmed with anxiety in social situations? MDMA.
Replying to Sigfund · Grapefruit juice is a surprisingly potent CYP3A4 inhibitor, which I believe is the enzyme which metabolises MDMA into MDA which later goes to alpha-methyldopamine. So taking that m…
Alpha-methyldopamine has to conjugate with glutathione before it causes neurotoxicity. It does this because glutathione has transport across the BBB, which allows the oxidative substance to be uptaked into serotonin neurons. The bergamottin in the white grapefruit juice inhibits…
Amphetamine and dopamine receptors
Replying to locuspocus22 · > CDP is good. It gives me depression in larger doses, so be aware of that. It might not happen to you, but is a common occurrence. What dosage level? And this is common occurrenc…
Yes, people getting depression from choline sources is common. Doses as low as 500mg do it to me.
Amphetamine and dopamine receptors
Replying to GoombazLord · I came across this study on Sodium Butyrate (http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/23411414) and was interested in its potential neuroprotective effects. I also came across this relev…
[Here is the full study](https://mega.co.nz/#!1MZRTSTa!iMH0LugMT8XxBxpOjeNzLJu0IeJTx341YJab8qHbUEg) It looks interesting. However, it seems to prevent the behavioral effects of D-amp as well. This might make the ADHD treatment less effective.
Amphetamine and dopamine receptors
Replying to GoombazLord · Thanks for the quick response, solid advice too. Another thing I'm looking into with regards to Amphetamine tolerance is CDP-Choline and Sodium Butyrate, do you have any advice reg…
CDP is good. It gives me depression in larger doses, so be aware of that. It might not happen to you, but is a common occurrence. I am not familiar with sodium butyrate. What would you be using it for?
Amphetamine and dopamine receptors
Replying to GoombazLord · I was hoping you would reply to this thread, I found your MDMA Supplementation post on /r/drugnerds to be absolutely superb and I've referred many people to it. With regards to amp…
The antioxidants can be taken every day when you wake up. The Na-R-ALA has a fairly short half life, so you might re-dose later in the day if you want. Memantine is going to vary from person to person. Some people start with 5mg per day, then move to 10mg per day after the initia…
Amphetamine and dopamine receptors
Replying to 30mg · Giraffes don't have dopamine receptors did u know that. What if I could. Implant my brain to a giraffe brain or I mean like a giraffe brain in my brain like switch em so I didn't h…
Giraffes actually use red Kool-Aid in place of dopamine. Their reward pathway is constantly having to be repaired after the Kool-Aid man busts through the synapse yelling "Ohhh yeah!"
Amphetamine and dopamine receptors
Tolerance is not the same thing as neuronal damage. Damage can cause tolerance, but tolerance does not necessarily mean damage. Most amphetamine tolerance comes from immediate active gene expression, and the down-regulation that happens due to excess calcium influx into the neuro…
Corporations such as Walmart refuse to sell albums that have covers with drug references yet will still sell napkins that promote sharing prescription drugs. Corporate hypocrisy regarding drug policy on a grand scale.
Replying to Trapped_SCV · "Corporate hypocrisy on a grand scale" It's a god damn napkin.
Ohh sure, you say that now. What happens when it moves to throw towels? What happens when there are novelty toilet seats with drug banter scrolled across their plastic butt cushions? God forbid the day comes where the children have to see a life-sized sock monkey holding a pill b…
Kratom just got me through some horrible pain after a shoulder injury
Replying to Mehtalface · I've never understood the problem of taste. I always mix it well with juice/smoothie and I barely notice it. It is kind of bitter, but honestly it is nothing compared to kava.
Grapefruit juice makes even the most potent tasting strains easy to drink.
Kratom just got me through some horrible pain after a shoulder injury
Replying to mattlewis6 · It's not so bad.. Kind of just tastes like tea leaves. The texture's shitty, though
It really depends on the strain. I've had some that are not bad, and some that make me instantly gag.
What age did you take MDMA for the first time [POLL RESULTS]
Replying to [deleted] · And I guess what age did you guys take MDMA for the first time?
22 Wouldn't change a thing.
If doctors could prescribe illegal drugs. What illegal drugs would be prescribed for what problems?
Replying to mykhathasnotail · MDMA is NOT an effective treatment for depression! People need to stop saying this. Yes, it increases Serotonin levels while you're on it, but that results in decreased Serotonin l…
Not all depression is the same, so not all treatment options end in the same results. While your general premise is correct, MDMA can be useful in some cases of depression. It definitely changed my life, and helped me come out of a depression. It helped me to realize that I can s…
Modafinil + MDMA experiences
Replying to clockwisecarrot · This is from ages ago but maybe you'll give me an answer! I'm on Modafinil for a few days before my exams, about a week. I'm planning on doing MD after I'm done. How long should I …
I would probably wait 2 days. Have some grapefruit juice and/or piperine to inhibit CYP3A4 to be safe.
I tried meth for the first time, and I desperately need some advice.
With meth I would highly suggest adding memantine into the mix with a bioavailable magnesium supplement. Excitotoxicity is a large risk with methamphetamine. Then I would also suggest Na-R-ALA, ALCAR, vitamin C, A, CoQ10, resveratrol, and EGCG. But most of all, I would suggest no…
LSD microdosing experiment 2 week follow up
Replying to NotFromReddit · I think the researchers should also get some LSD. Not sure what that makes.it.
Fun?
Tried meth for the first time. When am I going to sleep?
Replying to Throwaway53453324 · Yeah, I can eat just fine. Definitely have to work at it but once it's down it's down. Not nearly as bad as modafinil or 4-fa to eat on, which I've found to be the most difficult, …
Orders of magnitude less damaging than MDMA?!? Please give me some reasonings for this, as I disagree completely. The dopaminergic damage from N-methylamphetamine is at least comparable, if not much worse, than the seritonergic damage from MDMA. There are many reasons for this. O…

Make the choice to take control of your life. There are people out there who care, and more reasons to live than you can imagine. Ask for help, and let people in. Drugs will always be there. Use them as additions to your life, not the reason for it. There is amazing shit ahead of…

You can change, but you are too ignorant to see how much of a half-life you are leading. You don't really know what living is. You've never experienced life, so you think what there is out there for you is too boring without drugs. You are a fool. Life is more amazing than you ca…
