Amphetamine and dopamine receptors
Original post in this thread

Hello guys I've tried google and searching and I couldn't find anything. I take adderall, a lot. And I know that it can wear down your receptors over time and eventually make them stop functioning properly. Does any body know how much time it takes for them to regenerate? To keep things simple lets say that I take 60mg a day, for about 6 months. (I don't just a example.) how long would that take for my brain to get back to baseline? Thanks ahade of time.

I was hoping you would reply to this thread, I found your MDMA Supplementation post on /r/drugnerds to be absolutely superb and I've referred many people to it. With regards to amphetamine/Adderall supplementation, how much of each and when would you suggest taking "Na-R-ALA, CoQ10, Vitamin A, Vitamin C, and resveratrol"? I'm assuming I would take them along side taking Adderall but I'd like to hear your informed opinion.

The antioxidants can be taken every day when you wake up. The Na-R-ALA has a fairly short half life, so you might re-dose later in the day if you want.
Memantine is going to vary from person to person. Some people start with 5mg per day, then move to 10mg per day after the initial adjustment period. Others move up the dosage to as much as 40mg per day.
