Tried meth for the first time. When am I going to sleep?

Well, I tried meth for the first time last night. (mixed feelings on it but it was definitely pretty fun) I split 300 milligrams with 2 other people, and we smoked it all over the course of about 5 hours. We split it pretty evenly, so it's safe to say I smoked about 100 milligrams
I'm vaguely aware that meth has a longer duration than regular amphetamine, but I'm not perfectly familiar with amphetamines in general, and mostly in the dark in terms of meth. It's been about 7 and a half hours since I last smoked, and I've taken a fairly heavy dose of alprazolam, Probably somewhere between 2 and 4 milligrams with doses spaced out over 3 or 4 hours, with no tolerance. Despite this pretty strong relaxation, I'm still too wired to fall asleep, although I don't feel uncomfortable in the slightest, thanks the anti-anxiety effects.
So, to the part where I ask questions: It's morning now, and I have to attend some duties, will I be able to sleep in about 3 hours, as that will be my next chance to get some needed rest? When is the come-down really going to hit me? has it already and I'm just not feeling it under the alprazolam? How can I expect to feel for the next two days? I'd like to b…

Yeah, I can eat just fine. Definitely have to work at it but once it's down it's down. Not nearly as bad as modafinil or 4-fa to eat on, which I've found to be the most difficult, for some reason.
In terms of whether or not meth is safe, I donno. If you look at the science it's not that much more neurotoxic than amphetamine. We're talking orders of magnitude less damaging than MDMA but I can definitely understand why people go crazy with it because of how easy it is to get intensely redose happy. If I were ever to possess like, a gram of it, I'd probably just be up for 3 days straight.

Orders of magnitude less damaging than MDMA?!? Please give me some reasonings for this, as I disagree completely. The dopaminergic damage from N-methylamphetamine is at least comparable, if not much worse, than the seritonergic damage from MDMA. There are many reasons for this. One of them being the duration that your body's antioxidant systems will be taxed.
One could make the case that the serotonin system is more fragile than the dopamine system. However, that's a different story. Then we get into excitotoxicity, which is much worse on meth.
EDIT: Since I seem to be getting downvoted for no reason, here is a source...

The results showed that METH was more toxic to 5-HT terminals than MDMA in forebrain regions, including the anterior cingulate, caudate nucleus, nucleus accumbens, and septum. METH was also more toxic than MDMA to dopamine terminals in the habenula, and posterior retrosplenial cortex. Therefore, we find that METH was more toxic to 5-HT and dopamine terminals in specific brain regions in both pre and post-synaptic sites following continuous equimolar dosing.
