MDMA supplement consumption: magnesium

Original post in this thread

Hello, I'm was buying the suplements to roll safer, recomended in http://www.reddit.com/r/DrugNerds/comments/15m9sf/mdma_supplementation/

So the thing is that I live in Paris and I dont know how to call this "Magnesium glycinate" in french, I wrote it in english, gave it to the pharmacist, and she gave me back something that is called "Magnésium marin" (I asked if she was sure that was I wanted, and she said yes, but I dont trust her).

I don't know how to know if this is what I'm looking for, and in case it's not (it's anyways magnesium it's only not chelated). What would be a proper dosage ?

In case somebody asks:
Company: FORMAG. In the back it says: Complément alimentaire à base de magnésium Hypro-ri(r) mag (150 mg), vitamine B6 (1 mg) et taurine (90 mg).

Thanks !

pd. Sry for a bad english, it's not my main language.

hmhm yeah, you're right, that's the sum of the mass of the components. I weighted it now and it's around 750 mg.

Thou I already got the good magnesium !

Some manufacturers will only list the elemental magnesium weight, and not the total pill weight. It varies by country as well.
