I tried meth for the first time, and I desperately need some advice.

Hey, I thought this might be a good place to get some advice. I'll try to keep this short.
So I picked up about .25g of apparently "amazing shit" on Thursday morning. Being dumb and irresponsible, I took what is probably more than I should have as a first timer. Took a nice-sized crystal, crushed it up, and snorted about 6 lines. Now the high... well. Just wow. It was amazing and unlike anything I've ever felt. I was expecting it to be like coke, but boy was I way wrong. Anyway, needless to say I didn't sleep at all Thursday night and about 2pm Friday I started to come down (I had taken mini-lines in the morning). The come-down was just as indescribable as the high, but in the complete opposite way. I felt just... awful. It took forever to fall asleep Friday night, and the few hours before that were horrible.
Now here's where my issue comes in: The come-down, well, it's really shitty, and I don't think it's worth the high for me. Don't get me wrong - the high is great (well, aside from the jaw clenching and other weird random mouth movements and tweaks), but coming down just doesn't justify it for me. Now normally that would be a good thing, that way I won't wanna do it again. B…

With meth I would highly suggest adding memantine into the mix with a bioavailable magnesium supplement. Excitotoxicity is a large risk with methamphetamine. Then I would also suggest Na-R-ALA, ALCAR, vitamin C, A, CoQ10, resveratrol, and EGCG.
But most of all, I would suggest not taking meth. The wording you are using is alarming, and could indicate a propensity to become addicted to it. If you do take it again, be safe with your dosages and add in the protective supplements I mentioned. They will not only protect your brain, but slow tolerance buildup and make the comedown much less harsh.
