Refrigerate NMN?

NMN is, according to Dr. David Sinclair, very unstable and should be kept cold:

However ND uses an enteric coating.
u/misteryouaresodumb have you tried leaving out some coated NMN at room temperature for a few months then tested how much NMN is left in the tablet?
Does anyone know how much of an impact the enteric coating would have on loss of NMN due to heat?

Oh, ok, thank you! Since my goal is to take 1 gram per day, I would have to take 8 of these capsules per day, that works out to $ 216 per month!

One gram a day of our enteric coated tablets is waaaaaaaay too much. The delivery system and control over purity that we have allows for lower dosing. One tablet is good, and two is very strong. I've had some people taking two per day that have had to drop back down to one because the effects were too strong. Also, you can take it with quercetin, which is a CD38 inhibitor. When you efficiently get the NMN into the body, and prevent it from metabolizing to compounds not in the NAD+ cycle, you don't need insane doses of it.
