We are probably going to move our NMN other enteric coated tablets to enteric coated capsules for the time being.
You previously mentioned that the enteric tablet gave you a better response than any of the capsules, so I'm glad I stocked up on the tablets over Black Friday.
Ironically, though, I found for the first time an undissolved NMN tablet in my stools today. I apologize for the imagery, but I thought it would be good to inform you about it, as I myself had scoffed at the first posts that talked about NMN tabs in their poop. I'm wondering what was different for me today, as I usually have found NMN to give a nice energy boost, which should mean I had been absorbing it!

I was referring to normal capsules. We will be using enteric coated capsules for the NMN run.

So we did some testing on that, and they all performed as expected in a simulated gastric environment followed by a simulated intestine environment. The average time it takes for things to pass through the stomach is 6 hours. Then it takes about 5 hours to move through the small intestine. Then it takes 10 to 59 hours to move through the colon, on average. Our testing on the Distek machine in the lab shows they should fully dissolve as long as you have an average transit time through your GI tract. However, if you have a faster transit time, it might be passing through before it dissolves. About how long after dosing did you find it in your stool?
