Cistanche vs Shilajit as test booster?

My bloodwork showed that my testosterone has gone to the lower end at 391 ng/L.
I have already started taking vitamin D (also tested), ashwagandha and boron, which were available locally. I will be ordering Tongkat Ali 10% from ND. I have some budget left for either Cistanche or Shilajit. I am leaning more towards Cistanche for the testosterone, but I would love to hear some opinions.

I have a question. I took 1 2% capsule for cycles a while back, and got good effects. Nausea was a bit of a problem then.
The thing is now, I had another concussion, and a near constant symptom is nausea. I'm planning on ordering from ND soon (in fact, just waiting on ginger for aforementioned nausea), and understand 10% is much less likely to cause nausea. That said, I'm young (early 20s), got good effects from 2%, and don't want to overdo it (worth noting 2% never felt like too much). Would you recommend giving 10% a try, or do you think theres a good chance I get negative effects from it?

Yes, I would give the 10% a shot. It's pretty universal in people's responses. The 10% gives less nausea than the 2%.
