Male Fertililty

I'm going to be open here. My wife and I just had our first child through IFV. We had to do so because of unexplained oligospermia. We got 1 embryo and he made it all the way and we are so happy. We plan to do IVF again in the near future, but what supplements can I be taking now that are proven to increase count, motility and morphology?
I had been taking an Ashwaganda brand off Amazon, but was not impressed. Also took vitamin blends designed to help in that department that didn't seem to.
So, do you have a male fertility stack recommendation? u/MisterYouAreSoDumb, any thoughts here? Any studies I can read regarding this?

So I would say the stack would be:
* Cistanche (for luteinizing hormone (LH) and testosterone effects)
* Primavie (for enhancing spermatogenesis)
* Nigella sativa (for LH, antioxidant, and general pro-fertility effects)
* 50% icariin horny goat weed (for sertoli cell expression and follicle-stimulating hormone effects)
* Microzinc (for general fertility effects)
