As stated in the title its been over 3 weeks+ since I've ordered from the site and my parcel has not changed its delivery status since.. What is the average delivery time for standard shipping for international orders? Anyone else here have any experiences ordering from outside the US?

That means it is in customs waiting clearance. When you see an international package get stuck like that, it is almost universally a delay in customs processing. Unfortunately nobody has any control over that. My team can look into the specifics of your package if you give them the order details, though.
