Does chamomile tea work better than melatonin for anyone else?

I drank a cup of chamomile tea last night and it knocked me out and I didn’t have the awful effects of melatonin like next day grogginess (I get this even when I split my 1 mg pill in thirds). It’s weird because I’d never think an herbal tea would be more effective than a well known sleep aid

lab testing on their IR lights

I don't trust official labs any more from what I have seen with the whole Nootropics world. But I think using a Philips lamp like that one in the test vs a linglong one would be a better QC bet than just any old thing...or at least one would expect that. Theirs seem to be more geared to pain relief rather than replacing sunshine in colder climates, though https://www.philips.co.uk/c-p/HP3643_01/infracare-infrared-lamp#see-all-benefits

I agree. I would trust Philips' quality control more than a generic Chinese brand, for sure.
