Does chamomile tea work better than melatonin for anyone else?

I drank a cup of chamomile tea last night and it knocked me out and I didn’t have the awful effects of melatonin like next day grogginess (I get this even when I split my 1 mg pill in thirds). It’s weird because I’d never think an herbal tea would be more effective than a well known sleep aid

epicatechin
hrmmmmm reading more about this looks like it has a lot of effects on the vascular system... might be part of the effects I feel actually. I just purchased your GS14-5 and Kava extract, might have to place a few more orders even though I havent even opened those yet.
If you were to recomend some products from your site that might get me closer to the desired effects, what would they be aside from epicatechin? Any other isolated substances we have been disucussing for sale (aside from theanine/qurecetin/etc...)?

I personally take epicatechin, EGCG, quercetin, and hesperidin everyday myself. I love the effects. I think you should consider the following stack.
* EGCG
* Epicatechin
* Quercetin
* Hesperidin
* Andrographis
* Cistanche
* 7,8-DHF
* Tart cherry (Great for inflammation, pain, and sleep)
* Reduced glutathione (You can wait till we release our tablets if powder is too much of a hassle)
If you wait till this Thursday, we have a new product coming out that will be right up your alley. I won't spoil the surprise, but I think you should give it a shot for something that provides a nice calm feeling. You might consider our ginkgo, too. That's good for cardiovascular function and give some nice natural energy. Be aware that the stack above can make caffeine more potent, so you might have to consume less while on it.
