Does chamomile tea work better than melatonin for anyone else?

What is good for modulating glutamate, besides l-theanine (and ethanol) (and ketamine) ?

u/MisterYouAreSoDumb · Natrium Health & Nootropics Depot

Agmatine sulfate, nobiletin, and polygala are a few that do. Magnesium is another good idea, as many Americans are deficient. Magnesium blocks glutamate from entering cells that have not depolarized, by sitting in the ion channel. If you are too low, excess glutamate can enter cells and cause signaling cascades.
