Moderators please clarify the rules on nootropic vendor recommendations

It has come to my attention that recently user posts are deleted for nootropic vendor recommendation. It is a reasonable policy when vendors are using astroturfing or spamming however I've been asked dozens of times in comments and in private about the vendor or brand of the product I reviewed. It is unacceptable and very damaging to this community that it is allowed to mention nootropicsdepot, newmind and science.bio as well as big brands like now, swanson and jarrows while it is prohibited to recommend pglchem. And while I neither can assure the quality of his products nor I recommend the use of his shop, he is synthesizing some interesting compounds . One such compound is of particular importance to me, given my personal experience with certain nootropic derivatives of it like ones sold by newmind. I've been posting for years what I hope is valuable content including some rare scientific sources like this one stating that pemoline is more anti amnesic than stimulants in the screenshot, or even prl-8-53 which is touted by this sub as the ultimate memory enhancer. Also moderators should state sort of conflict of interests in…

I imagine it does feel odd, slapping "Research use only: not for human consumption" onto a bunch of things that you know are going to be consumed by humans. That feeling of your business' viability precariously resting over the red tape. The push for extremity courting disaster.
In a way, you're evolving the field. I'd love to see you come out with some beef glandulars. Have you checked out Ancestral Nutrition's line of supplements? I've been very impressed: especially their MOFO.
You know me: I've always been a freak about drugs. I was willing to take risks, the kinds that established authorities are uncomfortable about. I felt damaged by life and desperate for some leg up, a way to rise to the potential within me in spite of being beaten down so many times.
But I was also always safety-conscious. Always the first to remind anyone listening to me that drugs are a thing to be taken seriously. That doing them correctly can be a wonderful, formative experience that will show you worlds of meaning, experience, and agency that you would never otherwise see, but becoming passé about the process degrades your very spirit, and risks oblivion.
Over time I have just realized that I needed to shift to a more natural and safer side of the industry.
Aren't you still distributing RC's out of the US, though, through Cuerpoymente and the like? I've ordered from them before and ever…

We don't actually put that. We have a risk statements, but the common wording lots of vendors use in the industry doesn't protect them from anything, really.

No, but I certainly can look into it. The problem with things like these is the lack of validated analytical methods to determine good from bad. What makes good beef glandulars as opposed to bad? How do we measure that in the lab? Sometimes the answer is that we can't yet; at least to a high enough scientific level that would make me comfortable.
Aren't you still distributing RC's out of the US, though, through Cuerpoymente and the like? I've ordered from them before and everything is Ceretropic brand.
We still produce and lab test the products for them down in Mexico. However, we are not involved in anything past that. Who they sell to and how they distribute is 100% up to them. I would have preferred to just say a final goodbye to Ceretropic and let it ride off into the sunset, but they do rely on those sales for their livelihood, so we agreed to keep producing for them and allowing them to use the Ceretropic trademark.
