7,8-DHF and 4'DMA-7,8-DHF have similarities, at least on the BDNF side. If you combine those with something stimulating, you can get similar effects. No one single compound that acts the same, though.

That depends on the person. 4'DMA-7,8-DHF seems to work more acutely, but some people prefer 7,8-DHF for daily use. It's split. You'll probably find more people saying they react stronger to the 4"DMA version, though.
