MisterYouAreSoDumb, what is your current stack and why?

I'm curious as to what the ND owner has stuck to over countless years of self experimentation and research. I'm sure you mostly stick to substances that have been proven to be safe long-term and that are also noticeable enough to be worth taking. The list doesn't have to be limited to noots only, vitamin/mineral intake is also relevant.
Edit: I realized you answered a post similar to this one about 5 months ago, so I'm wondering more specifically which supplements, out of everything you take, do you consider to be of upmost importance for your health and what has the most noticeable effect on your cognition? In other words, what are your 'essential' supplements and top noots?
Thanks in advance!

I am also re-resting Silexan right now, along with reduced glutathione. I am also always testing new things we are working on. I am currently testing out a new Natrium stack we are going to be releasing soon, which is our take on the Mr Happy stack. I am testing out some novel extracts we are probably going to release. I am still testing/using our new bacopa. I am testing out a saffron extract, too. I test out a lot of things over the course of a year!
My base stack is really targeting energy, mood, motivation, pain/inflammation, and immune function. It's probably obvious why I am targeting immune a lot right now, so that's pretty much a given. The inflammation/pain side of things is because I always go crazy decorating for the holidays. I put up tons of decorations for Halloween and Christmas, which I inevitably have to take down again. That's actually what I am doing right now, so I need some help to get through it all without my muscles, joints, and back hurting. I can push through pretty much anything on that stack. The energy, mood, and motivation part of the stack is just so I can push through my days. I have been trying to reduce stress a bit more than usual, too. Every time Bitcoin rises like this, I get stressed. My brain can be dumb sometimes. I can't just be happy that things are doing what I predicted they would do. I have to analyze and stress about it. LOL. You'd think I would be bouncing off the walls with BTC at $40,000, when I got into it in 2010 at 81 CENTS per BTC, but when things heat up I go into overthink mode. So this is why I am addressing stress a bit more than usual. Ohh, and I am addressing metabolism, because my wife always bakes a shitload of cookies and stuff during the holidays, then shames me into eating them. LOL, so I have to burn some of that off now that things are over.
