I'm curious as to what the ND owner has stuck to over countless years of self experimentation and research. I'm sure you mostly stick to substances that have been proven to be safe long-term and that are also noticeable enough to be worth taking. The list doesn't have to be limited to noots only, vitamin/mineral intake is also relevant.
Edit: I realized you answered a post similar to this one about 5 months ago, so I'm wondering more specifically which supplements, out of everything you take, do you consider to be of upmost importance for your health and what has the most noticeable effect on your cognition? In other words, what are your 'essential' supplements and top noots?

This is good to know. Is there any reason you couldn’t use the 4’-dma daily for extended periods?
I didn’t re-stock the regular 7,8-dhf when I ordered the 4’-dma, but I’m thinking I might want to order another bottle after reading this.
I suppose for my specific situation, there’s 2-3 days a week where I consistently would want to take the 4’-dma, while the rest of the days the regular 7,8-dhf might be more appropriate. I wouldn’t want/need the acute effects as much on those days, which are pretty noticeable in my experience so far. Would this type of protocol interfere with the long-term, build-up effects of the regular 7,8-dhf?

No, it's just not something I personally tested. My 4'DMA testing was usually 3-4 weeks max. That's more just a function of how many new things I am personally testing, though.

It's hard to say for sure, but I would not think so. I'd have to do some trials with it to see. I never combined 4'DMA-7,8-DHF and the regular version, either.
