I'm curious as to what the ND owner has stuck to over countless years of self experimentation and research. I'm sure you mostly stick to substances that have been proven to be safe long-term and that are also noticeable enough to be worth taking. The list doesn't have to be limited to noots only, vitamin/mineral intake is also relevant.
Edit: I realized you answered a post similar to this one about 5 months ago, so I'm wondering more specifically which supplements, out of everything you take, do you consider to be of upmost importance for your health and what has the most noticeable effect on your cognition? In other words, what are your 'essential' supplements and top noots?
Thanks in advance!

I got into it in 2010 at 81 CENTS per BTC
Man, you really love your job. I'd be chilling on a tropical island.

I am on a mission, and I am going to see that mission through!
I've been yelling at everyone I could for the better part of a decade here on Reddit that Bitcoin was going to change the world, and to get into it. I mined my first BTC in 2010 on my laptop! I stopped because it was using so much power, and wasn't worth it at the time. I was only making like 5 BTC a night. Not much when each BTC is less than a dollar. I bought my first bitcoin from a heavy set dude at Home Depot wearing a Super Mario Brothers T shirt. I met him in the garden section, and we sat on a swinging bench. He taught me about wallets and how blockchain worked. I bought some BTC from him with cash and he transferred it to the wallet on my phone. I still have that same wallet I used that day! Shit has been a wild ride!
