There is NO equivalent from ANYONE else.
I'm sick and tired of you hanging your customers out to dry like this.
How about CUSTOM ORDERS, for those willing to pay for them, rather than COMPLETELY screwing your customers over?

Simmer down now! Don't worry, we have something releasing tomorrow that you will like! Keep an eye out on the release in the morning.
Regarding the 8:1 specifically, we are trying to figure out what our plan is. Our goal has always been to move away from extract ratios when we have the ability to standardize to bioactives. When we first released Reishi 8:1 over a decade ago, there were no assay methods or reference standards for ganoderic acids. This meant we were only standardizing to beta-glucans. Well the issue there is that I no longer trust that methodology. Megazyme has now changed the kits THREE TIMES. Each time the kit changes, the numbers for beta-glucans change significantly. Megazyme coming out with a new kit essentially saying: "Ohh, those old kits are not accurate. These new ones totally are, though! Trust us!" Then they do it again a couple years later... Pair that with the fact that the kits don't work with mixtures of mushrooms and other things due to matrix interferences, and the fact that Chinese suppliers have started just spiking with cheap yeast beta-glucans to trick the testing, and I just don't trust beta-glucans as a primary standardization measure anymore. This is why we worked to develop and validate ganoderic acids methods.
So this is where it gets tricky. We are kind of put into a difficult situation because of how good our 1:1 products are. Our most recent batch of Reishi 1:1 has 0.53% ganoderic acids! That's an insane number for anyone that has tested shit on the market. Most stuff on the market that we test has zero measurable ganoderic acids. Our base level Reishi is so good, it makes getting the 8:1 right tough. We are wanting to move to a ganoderic acid standardized version for it, but we are not quite sure what we want that to be. We are leaning on 2% ganoderic acids, but we want to keep the beta-glucans high. However, with these stupid new Megazyme kits coming out, I am torn on that as well. This is why I am holding up the 8:1. I'd rather hold back a bit and get the product reformulation right than just rush it.
