I'm curious as to what the ND owner has stuck to over countless years of self experimentation and research. I'm sure you mostly stick to substances that have been proven to be safe long-term and that are also noticeable enough to be worth taking. The list doesn't have to be limited to noots only, vitamin/mineral intake is also relevant.
Edit: I realized you answered a post similar to this one about 5 months ago, so I'm wondering more specifically which supplements, out of everything you take, do you consider to be of upmost importance for your health and what has the most noticeable effect on your cognition? In other words, what are your 'essential' supplements and top noots?
Thanks in advance!

Shame to hear about Nature's Way. I would be extremely interested in a ND lavendar extract / Silexan alternative. I like to alternate between Silexan and magnolia extract and it would be cool to be able to get them both from ND.

Yeah, Nature's Way is a subsidiary of Dr. Willmar Schwabe GmbH & Co. KG, which are the patent holders of Silexan. This is why they won't sell it to anyone else. They want to make all the profit from the patent their parent company holds.
