I'm curious as to what the ND owner has stuck to over countless years of self experimentation and research. I'm sure you mostly stick to substances that have been proven to be safe long-term and that are also noticeable enough to be worth taking. The list doesn't have to be limited to noots only, vitamin/mineral intake is also relevant.
Edit: I realized you answered a post similar to this one about 5 months ago, so I'm wondering more specifically which supplements, out of everything you take, do you consider to be of upmost importance for your health and what has the most noticeable effect on your cognition? In other words, what are your 'essential' supplements and top noots?
Thanks in advance!

What other activities have you implemented into your life that you've noticed improve these traits you're targeting, and can you elaborate on what you do exactly? E.g. specific meditations, breathing techniques, exercises, sauna, cold showers, diets, etc.

I fast 23 hours a day. That's one of the main things I do that had had really good effects, both mentally and physically. I also recently got an inversion table, and try to do that daily. It really helps to take pressure off my spine and get things back in alignment. I also feel really good mentally after a session. Still trying to perfect its use. I mainly ride my bike for exercise. I used to mountain bike a lot, but haven't in a while. I am mostly road biking at the moment.
