I'm curious as to what the ND owner has stuck to over countless years of self experimentation and research. I'm sure you mostly stick to substances that have been proven to be safe long-term and that are also noticeable enough to be worth taking. The list doesn't have to be limited to noots only, vitamin/mineral intake is also relevant.
Edit: I realized you answered a post similar to this one about 5 months ago, so I'm wondering more specifically which supplements, out of everything you take, do you consider to be of upmost importance for your health and what has the most noticeable effect on your cognition? In other words, what are your 'essential' supplements and top noots?
Thanks in advance!

my wife always bakes a shitload of cookies and stuff during the holidays
Is it just your regular chocolate chip?, or something fancier?
I've seen some bakeries that do very chunky cookies with most of the chips just warm enough so it's slightly melted, so u get a better contrast between the dough and the chocolate.
Honestly one of those, and you'd feel like you couldnt eat for the rest of the day lol

Ohh god, much fancier. She made like 10 different cookies this year. Some of them were more bars instead of cookies. Her magic Halva bars are insane! They are like an Israeli treat made from sesame, pistachio, butter, chocolate, salt, vanilla, coconut, and rosewater. They are insane! Then she made these almond bars with pistachios and golden raisins that were delicious. There were these frozen oat chocolate cookies that were really good, too. They were almost like fudge made from oats. There were some other oat-based ones that had cherries in them as well. Some double chocolate cookies. I honestly can't even remember them all. I am not a sweets person. I hardly ever have sugar doing most of the year. However, I will eat her baking around the holidays. I'll always eat those magic halva bars, though. They are sweet, salty, and umami.
