MisterYouAreSoDumb, what is your current stack and why?

I'm curious as to what the ND owner has stuck to over countless years of self experimentation and research. I'm sure you mostly stick to substances that have been proven to be safe long-term and that are also noticeable enough to be worth taking. The list doesn't have to be limited to noots only, vitamin/mineral intake is also relevant.

Edit: I realized you answered a post similar to this one about 5 months ago, so I'm wondering more specifically which supplements, out of everything you take, do you consider to be of upmost importance for your health and what has the most noticeable effect on your cognition? In other words, what are your 'essential' supplements and top noots?

Thanks in advance!

What do you and your wife's stacks have in common?

She also takes CoQSol-CF, NMN, EGCG, epicatechin, 7,8-DHF, tongkat 10%, milk thistle, and Immune Defense. She is also using OptimALA because she loves the effects, and Cognizin, since she reacts well to choline.

Tongkat Ali Nausea

It's really hard for me to help on this one, because I just don't get the same nausea. I take a 2% and 10% tongkat, along with berberine, silymarin, NMN, EGCG, CoQSol-CF, Microzinc, and yeast extract all at the same time

So white jelly mushroom is a really cool one. The obvious effects people use it for are skin and joint health, due to the effect it has on collagen. However, I have found there is a nice subtle mood effect, too. I have n

Lion's mane 8:1, citicoline, and 7,8 dhf all together?

Replying to BucketMaster69 · Thanks for the response! I guess I was just thinking of general brain health, allowing the brain to function well, repair and maintain itself, even if it doesn't really seem to

NMN and L-carnosine are great for longevity. However, if you are young you will likely not see acute results of that. You might. However, most of the beneficial effects are for people in their 30s or higher. >Gotu kola

Just asked Blue Leaf Supplements for their Turkesterone COA. What do you think?

Replying to BlackBugs · HA! If you don't mind me asking, which one of your products do you personally use? I need whatever you are taking.
